Important

• Credits are granted after the payment is approved and confirmed by Semo's server, and can only be used in your own account.
• Credits cannot be transferred, sold, or converted to cash.
• Monthly included credits and any free or promotional credits are consumed first; top-up credits are deducted only when those are exhausted.
• A full refund is available only when none of the credits from a given order have been used, within 1 year of payment. Once any credit from an order is used, that order is non-refundable.
• To request a refund, email support@semo.world with your order ID and payment number.
• Refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
• Maximum single top-up amount is KRW 100,000. Bank transfer, quick transfer, and virtual accounts are not supported for top-up.
• Some card issuers and simple-pay methods may be restricted.
