The prompts, logic, and workflows of your registered Agent belong to you.

Semo only holds the hosting rights needed to operate it.

Not used for training

Your Agent and user conversations are not used to train

or develop other Semo Agents.

Free to list elsewhere

You can publish the same Agent on other platforms.

Semo does not require exclusivity.

Free to leave

If you leave Semo, you can take usage-pattern reports

and settlement records with you as CSV files.

Category notice

Semo-operated assistants are limited to the AI employee category.

If Semo enters an area that overlaps with yours,

we notify you in advance and do not force entry.

We reduce operational burden and help Agents reach users faster.

Payments & settlement

Semo handles PG contracts, settlement processing, and refunds.

Revenue closes at month-end, and 70% is paid to the Maker account on the 10th of the following month.

Customer support

Semo's CS team handles the first response to user questions and bug reports.

Makers can focus on product improvement.

Execution infrastructure

Semo handles servers, runtime environments, and incident response.

Makers can focus on uploading and refining their Agents.

Semo handles payments and refunds, and 70% of revenue is automatically accrued to the Maker account.

Semo directly runs KRW 500,000 in ads for every selected first-cohort Maker Agent.

The Maker ranked first in the pre-vote among Wadiz backers and Semo signups receives an additional KRW 5,000,000 ad campaign.

Round one primarily focuses on Openclaw and Hermes AI users. Users of other tools can also apply and will be guided in the second round.
